The paintings and drawings on this website are selected from a body of work completed over the last twelve years.

I stretch my own canvases. Sometimes, I intentionally allow the frame to bend inwards resulting in canvases with bowed horizontal and vertical sides.
I also make my own paints from pigments and linseed oil, often applying it with a glaze. I like to create interesting surfaces as I work with a mixture of media.

Most of the images are available for sale as original art works and all can be obtained in reproduction as high quality prints. ( see menu bar,Buy Work.)

I welcome individual interpretation of my work and often enjoy the long discussions that result from the subject matter, with people who visit my studio.
